(1) Every Nepalese ship equipped with radio telegraph equipment shall keep a radio schedule as prescribed. During such daily journey, the radio telegraph will be kept in the operating room.
(2) In such diary, the radio officer shall write his name, the time when the radio is turned on or off, all incidents related to radio service deemed important for the safety of life at sea.
